The listing is a starting point and does not make any guarantees or warranties (expressed or implied) of any kind. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless www.wiforeclosurelist.com against any legal proceedings or actions, liabilities, damages, claims, settlements or costs of any kind in relation to any of the terms specified in the Terms of Use. Should the subscriber request additional services from any outside vendor whose information is posted on www.wiforeclosurelist.com, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service has no affiliation with such organizations. The user has no obligation nor is required in any manner to purchase or utilize any services offered by such vendors. Subscriber agrees to idemnify and hold Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service harmless against any claims or disputes that may arise from any outside agreements with other vendors. Should real estate transactions result from the use of the Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service, we assume no responsibility. Any of our clients who feel they need the assistance of licensed professionals (real estate brokers, attorneys, foreclosure consultants, etc.) should seek their assistance. The Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service does not assume any liability and will not be responsible for any losses (directly, indirectly, consequential, special or punitive) incurred relating to the listing and its use or inability to use. Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service is in no way liable for any punitive, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use of www.wiforeclosurelist.com or the use of any of the services that it provides- this includes any delays or technical difficulty experienced while using the website. 5. Payment Terms and Cancellations:
Payments for subscriptions are accepted in the form credit/debit card payment through the website check out. Unless otherwise noted, credit/debit card renewals will be AUTOMATIC at the end of your subscription period at the rate of your current subscription and are based on a recurring schedule using the credit card given at the time membership was created. If you wish to cancel your subscription simply access your profile through the member's area after logging in and choose the cancel option. An email will be sent to the address on file confirming that your subscription has ended. Notification must be given no later than 10 days before the end of the billing cycle or the automatic billing will take place. www.wiforeclosurelist.com does not accept cancellation via phone, fax, email or messages of any sorts. Should a pre-paid subscription be cancelled, WiForeclosureList.com cannot credit back or prorate your account for any remaining days in the period unused. The cancellation will be effective the next consecutive billing period. All users who subscribe as members beginning with the free 7 day trial are able to cancel their subscription at any time prior to the end of their trial period using the same method described above in the cancellation procedure. Should the member not cancel prior to the expiration of the promotion, the credit card given at the time of registration will be used to continue membership services on a recurring basis as specified at time of enrollment. Users may sign up for the free trial one time only. Should any user abuse this policy or enroll for the free membership on more than one occasion, Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service reserves the right to automatically bill the credit card given for full subscription membership costs. www.wiforeclosurelist.com is not responsible for any errors on the user’s part in entering email information. Users are responsible for supplying valid payment information at time of enrollment. Any accounts that become delinquent may be terminated without notice. Members will be billed for any outstanding monies owed and Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service reserves the right to take legal action to recover any delinquent amount on a member’s account. Should a member with outstanding amounts owed on one or multiple accounts wish to reinstate a membership with www.wiforeclosurelist.com, payments to bring delinquent accounts current must be received in full before new membership is created.
6. Service Termination
The free seven day trial is to be used by individual or private users on one occasion only. This information is not to be shared with any other person or entity and only one account may be activated for this purpose. Under any circumstances should this policy be violated, www.wiforeclosurelist.com reserves the right to terminate any or all memberships created and automatically bill the standard monthly fee for the usage. This fee is non-refundable. Should any of the terms or conditions noted herein be violated at any time, Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service reserves the right to end or terminate any or all of your member accounts and services with no notice and without delay. Should such termination occur, no pro-rations or refunds will be issued. www.wiforeclosurelist.com is not liable for any damages to you or any other party as a result of account termination. At the time of termination, we reserve the right to delete any and all saved account information.
7. Billing and Payment Methods and Disputes
Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service LLC accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. Bank or debit cards are also accepted through our secure checkout. Typically no other form of payment is accepted. However, if an exception is made, should payment be made via cashiers, personal or business checks or money orders, there will be a 10 day delay in account activation to ensure fund clearance. www.wiforeclosurelist.com reserves the right to charge a $25.00 fee for any checks that are returned for any reason. Should any billing discrepancies occur, users may contact www.wiforeclosurelist.com by sending an email to contact@wiforeclosurelist.com, or calling customer service at 414-755-2762. After 20 business days of initial dispute, should no satisfactory resolution be implemented, member must write to customer service at PO Box 242281, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53224, or fax a written letter to 414-431-6592.
8. Third Party Links
Wiforeclosurelist.com may allow links to and from third party sites and is in no way responsible for the services or information provided by such organizations. Links may be posted on wiforeclosurelist.com after submitting an application to Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service and after careful review of the data provided. There is no charge to our members for the use of such links and we do not endorse any of the information or services provided.
9. Privacy Policy
Wiforeclosurelist.com does not share any information that personally identifies our members to any third party source unless specifically noted at the time information was obtained. In the event that any personal information was obtained by Wisconsin Foreclosure Listing Service through a link or third party affiliation, such personal information may be disclosed to the source of the information.
