I am having trouble logging in to my account. What can I do?
Please remember that all login and password information is case sensitive. Sometimes this may cause an error in logging in. If you have tried this and it is not the problem, please try the following suggestions. For Windows Users: If you are using Internet Explorer to log on to www.wiforeclosurelist.com , please troubleshoot using the following methods:
- 1. Open your Internet Brower and choose “Internet Options” under your “Tools” Tab.
- 2. Click on the “Security” tab and you will see an icon for “Trusted Sites.” Choose this option.
- 3. You will see an explanation of “Trusted Sites” and a link button that says, “Sites.” Click on this.
- 4. A box will pop up with an area to enter the address of the site that you would like to add as a trusted address. Enter www.wiforeclosurelist.com. Un-check the statement at the bottom of the box that says “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.”
- 5. Click the “Add” button.
- 6. Click “Close.”
- 7. Go to the “Advanced” tab.
- 8. Click on the “Restore Defaults or Restore Advanced Settings” button. (Some computers may have a check in front of a box that states “Enable third-party browser extensions-requires restart.” If that box is there, un-check it).
- 9. Go to the “General” tab.
- 10. Under “Browsing History,” you can choose to delete temporary files, history, cookies, etc. Click on “Delete.” Some computer versions may simply say “Delete Cookies.” If so, please click on this option. There will then be a separate option for “Delete Temporary Internet Files.” Choose this option as well.
- 11. Click on “Apply.”
- 12. Click on “OK.”
- 13. Close all open windows and restart your computer.
If these suggestions do not work, we suggest you also try checking the security settings on your internet browser. If the security settings are set at too high of a level, the browser may prevent your access to www.wiforeclosurelist.com. Please follow the steps below:
- 1. Open your internet browser.
- 2. Choose “Tools.”
- 3. From “Tools,” choose “Internet Options.”
- 4. From “Internet Options,” choose “Security.”
- 5. Change your security settings to “Medium.”
